Dr. Fawzi Baroud is an Associate Professor and the UNESCO Chairholder on Open Educational Resources (OER) for Access and Success at Notre Dame University- Louaize, with over 30 years of experience in Information Technology within higher education.
As a researcher, Dr. Baroud has authored numerous publications on open education, eLearning, and the application of ICT in education. As a strong advocate for open education, Dr. Baroud has positioned the integration of OER as a key strategic priority for the university.
